Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Jarlie Wild, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes, items may not meet your expectations. Below is our policy regarding returns and exchanges:

Returns

Time Frame: You may return your items within 15 days of the order being fulfilled. The fulfillment date is considered the day your order was shipped to you.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of shipping returns back to our warehouse. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Customs for internacional returns: Please note that any extra charges incurred for accepting international returns (such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees) will be deducted from your final refund. This includes returns that are not accepted by the customer upon delivery and are automatically sent back to us with additional charges payable by Jarlie Wild


Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with out fake tan markings or scent. Returns will be inspected upon arrival, and eligibility for a refund will be determined based on their condition. Please fold the item neatly and include proof of purchase and ensure all original tags are attached.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Process: For exchanges, please return the original item following the returns process mentioned above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange using a credit. For size changes or items with the same price please indicate within the returns portal. 

Tracking Number: Exchanged items will be shipped to you with a new tracking number. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed and shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items: Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items such as earrings, sarongs, jewelry, headpieces, and other similar products.

Additional Information

Shipping Costs: Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, this cost will be deducted from your refund.

Preparing Your Return: To ensure a smooth return process, please include your original invoice or a note with your order number and contact information inside the return package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
