Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their local government. Jarlie Wild is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Processing Your Order
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods or sales.

Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable carriers like FedEx, GLS, and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping Restrictions: Most shipments will be delivered Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 - 17:00. It is recommended you choose a shipping address where there is someone available all day like a work address for example. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Ensure you provide a physical address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it involves sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
